Communication Coordinator

About the role

The Communication Coordinator will support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives for our hospitality group. You will work closely with multiple departments, suppliers and partners to ensure brand messages are consistent, clear and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing communication plans and campaigns.
• Prepare, proofread and follow up on announcements, media content, presentations and marketing assets.
• Gather information, visuals, updates and approvals from internal teams for communication projects.
• Maintain organized communication calendars, files, contact lists, image banks and project documentation.
• Support the organisation of events, activations, photo shoots and content‑creation sessions.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare reports, recaps and follow‑up notes after campaigns or events.
• Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+2 in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Events or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in communication, marketing, events, hospitality or a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with a focus on priorities, deadlines and follow‑ups.
• Social, outgoing and confident when interacting with diverse teams and external partners.
• Dynamic, proactive, solution‑oriented with a positive team spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
