Communication Lead

About the role

The Communication Lead will coordinate brand communications, public relations, content development, media initiatives and corporate events for Constance Hospitality Management Ltd, ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the communication plan in line with brand goals, budgets and priorities.
• Manage media campaigns, press releases, media advisories and oversee copywriting, proofreading and translation follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain internal communications and joint advertising opportunities.
• Monitor communication budgets, track costs and report on spend.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Track media coverage, compile PR reports and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and PR initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, coordinating brochures, newsletters, presentations, press kits and other content.
• Organise photo and video shoots, proofread and edit content for clarity and brand alignment.
• Plan and execute corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and autonomous professional able to manage tasks independently.
• Strong ability to anticipate needs, prioritize work and make recommendations within communication guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on consistency and brand alignment.
