Communication Lead

About the role

The Communication Lead will coordinate brand communications, public relations, content development, media initiatives and corporate events for Constance Hospitality Management Ltd. This position ensures consistent execution across all communication touchpoints while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of the communication plan, campaigns and media activities within budget and priorities.
• Develop and implement PR strategies in partnership with agencies, including press releases, media advisories, press trips and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials, manage the creation of brochures, newsletters, presentations, press kits and oversee photo/video shoots.
• Draft internal communications and support joint advertising and trade exchange initiatives.
• Monitor communication budgets, track media coverage, compile PR reports and provide performance insights.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies and industry news to inform communication planning.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
