Compliance Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

Join a leading global Investor Services group as a Compliance Assistant. You will start your career in compliance, supporting regulatory and risk‑management activities while gaining hands‑on experience with due diligence, client reviews, and AML/CFT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory approval processes and ensure client documentation meets compliance standards.
• Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) activities, including background checks, World‑Check screening, and basic risk assessments under guidance.
• Review client files and gather information for periodic compliance assessments and regulatory reporting.
• Help prepare compliance reports and maintain records across AML/CFT, corporate governance, and internal frameworks.
• Follow established compliance procedures and information‑security standards, escalating potential risks when identified.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, and risk management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with senior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
