Senior Manager - Fund Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Fund Administration to act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Luxembourg fund clients. You will be the primary day‑to‑day contact on corporate governance, legal and administrative matters, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of fund structures from incorporation to liquidation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main relationship manager for Luxembourg fund clients, providing expert advice on legal, governance and administrative issues.
• Coordinate the entire lifecycle of client entities, including incorporations, restructurings, transactions, governance activities and liquidations.
• Prepare and review board packs, resolutions, agreements, meeting materials and minutes.
• Collaborate with regulators, notaries, lawyers, auditors and internal specialists to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Support AML/CFT, risk and compliance initiatives, including due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in fund administration, preferably with Luxembourg funds.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and board activities.
• Experience handling AML/CFT and risk‑management matters.
• Leadership capabilities and a client‑focused mindset.
