Junior Account Manager

About the role

CSB Investors, an execution-only broker and Mauritius booking centre of the CSB Investors Group, is hiring a Junior Account Manager. The role supports client onboarding and relationship management in line with Mauritian AML/CFT laws and Financial Services Commission (FSC) requirements. It is client-facing and involves regular contact with clients, intermediaries and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding of individual and corporate clients.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and help with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Review and verify KYC documentation, including source of funds and source of wealth documents.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, and review corporate structures, shareholders and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Ensure compliance with FIAMLA, FIAML Regulations 2018, the FSC AML/CFT Handbook and internal procedures.
• Engage with clients about onboarding requirements, outstanding documents and account queries, and liaise with Compliance, Operations, Risk and Support teams.
• Escalate high-risk or suspicious matters to Compliance or the MLRO, and maintain accurate client records, onboarding files and audit trails.
• Use CRM systems and onboarding platforms, monitor timelines and support internal audits, compliance reviews and regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and KYC requirements.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; team-oriented and proactive.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding platforms.
• Understanding of KYC and AML/CFT due diligence.
