Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Ninety‑Six Hotel Collection is seeking a creative and strategic Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the digital presence of its multi‑brand hospitality portfolio in Mauritius. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape campaigns, produce engaging content, and drive commercial performance across hotels, restaurants, bars, and wellness concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create and manage content for social media and other digital channels.
• Coordinate and direct photography and videography shoots.
• Maintain social media calendars, publishing schedules and community engagement.
• Support and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and recommend actions.
• Update website landing pages and digital assets with external partners.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and assist local SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, agencies and operational staff to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, social media or content marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
