Corporate Administrator

About the role

Apex Group, a global fund administration and middle office solutions provider founded in Bermuda in 2003, is hiring a Corporate Administrator. The role works under the guidance of Seniors and reports to the overall supervision of an Operation Unit Head.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Maintain bank accounts, including opening new accounts, initiating transfers and liaising with the bank.
• Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed on time and satisfactorily, including monitoring them.
• Effect statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies, and maintain statutory registers.
• Convene meetings of directors and shareholders, prepare Board papers and minutes.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents, and follow up on executed documents and agreements, keeping them indexed.
• Carry out any ad hoc work assigned by Seniors.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm is an advantage.
• Degree from a recognised institution; ACCA or ACA professional studies.
• Client service mindset, good written and spoken communication, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Time management and organisation.
