CSR Manager – Lead Sustainable Initiatives

About the role

The CSR Manager will shape and execute MCB Group’s corporate social responsibility strategy through the MCB Forward Foundation, driving measurable social impact and strengthening the organisation’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the strategic direction of CSR programmes, ensuring alignment with the Group’s purpose.
• Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, private sector and community organisations.
• Oversee the CSR operating budget (minimum MUR 50 M) and allocate resources responsibly.
• Develop impact metrics, monitor performance and report results.
• Collaborate with communication and digital marketing teams to enhance CSR visibility.
• Lead, mentor and develop the CSR team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sustainability, Business or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in CSR, community development, social impact or similar.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale CSR initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership building skills.
