About the role
Join Deals.mu, a leading platform for local travel and lifestyle deals in Mauritius, as a Customer Service Officer. You will be the friendly voice that guides customers through reservations, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring they enjoy the best possible experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk‑ins.
- Recommend and book tailored packages, including hotels, activities, spas, and dining.
- Manage reservations, process cancellations, and handle special requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update the reservation system to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about the latest deals and local attractions to provide expert advice.
Required profile
- Education: SC/HSC, Diploma, or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Background in sales, public relations, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Outgoing, customer‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
