Customer Service Representative

About the role

Otayo, Mauritius' leading event ticketing company, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth experience from booking to post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and complaints.
• Create quotes, confirm schedules, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Update the booking system with new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide on‑site support during events, assisting with set‑up and crowd flow.
• Organise documentation and administrative details to keep operations running efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma; a degree is a plus.
• Outgoing, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and French with a friendly phone manner.
• Proactive, responsible, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Excel (bonus).
