Customer Verification Administrator

About the role

Rank Interactive is seeking a Customer Verification Administrator to join its Customer Verification Team. In this role you will research and publish open‑source intelligence (OSINT) data to build a comprehensive view of customers, supporting risk assessments related to safer gambling, affordability and anti‑money laundering.

Key responsibilities

• Research and publish detailed OSINT information and third‑party reports for the verification team and stakeholders.
• Ensure all information is delivered accurately, thoroughly and within required timelines.
• Support analysts and team leads on matters of safer gambling, affordability and AML compliance.
• Analyse individual customer backgrounds using OSINT and third‑party platforms to inform regular business‑relationship reviews.
• Identify customers who may present problem‑gambling, affordability or money‑laundering risks.
• Liaise with verification team leads, analysts and cross‑functional colleagues on high‑risk cases.
• Collaborate with digital, retail and high‑value‑customer teams as needed.
• Review and process customer reinstatement requests in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in research, risk assessment or compliance environments.
• Good understanding of safer gambling, affordability and AML principles.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
