About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customs Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team on a 24/7 shift schedule. The role involves entering customs declaration information accurately into internal and external systems and supporting the overall customs clearance process.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customs declaration data into internal and external customs systems with high accuracy.
• Verify customer and stakeholder information for completeness and correctness.
• Process customs documentation according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain and update records related to customs declarations and shipments.
• Liaise with customs declarants and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Monitor workflows, flag issues that could affect service delivery, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary education or higher; studies in logistics, international trade, administration or related fields are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining quality.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English and effective communication within a team.
