Data Analyst

About the role

MEDINE GROUP | Casela Ltd is looking for a Data Analyst who turns raw data into insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. The role centralizes reporting, automates dashboards and runs advanced analysis to improve performance, guest experience and financial, operational and sustainability goals, working with cross-functional teams to align KPIs and support ROI-focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Centralize and streamline reporting across all departments.
• Design and automate dashboards giving real-time operational and financial insights.
• Analyze data from systems such as Symphony, POS and IoT devices to find trends and opportunities.
• Provide predictive insights for guest experience, resource allocation and performance.
• Conduct ROI analysis and support KPI alignment across teams.
• Perform financial and operational analysis (sales, costs, resource allocation, CAPEX/OPEX tracking).
• Turn data findings into clear visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with teams on financial tracking, sustainability and performance monitoring, and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze guest feedback, wait times and satisfaction scores, and contribute to CAPEX/OPEX optimization and digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Databases, SQL and data integration.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
