Databricks Data Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Databricks Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support data‑driven initiatives. You will translate business needs into reliable datasets, dashboards, reports, and analytical insights, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and formalize reporting and analytics requirements.
• Explore and transform data using Databricks, preparing datasets for reporting and analytical use cases.
• Build, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models and visualisations.
• Develop Power Query transformations and support data‑preparation activities for BI solutions.
• Contribute to backlog definition, prioritisation and delivery tracking in an Agile/product environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks for data exploration, preparation and transformation.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query and data modelling.
• Good understanding of data analysis, profiling and quality concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
