Digital Media Officer

About the role

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is seeking a proactive Digital Media Officer to lead its online presence across multiple platforms. You will develop and execute digital media strategies that boost brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce multimedia content.
• Maintain and update website content on a regular basis.
• Support internal teams with digital assets for events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor online reputation, respond to customer feedback, and nurture online communities.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Required profile

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Creative thinker, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
