Digital Transformation Analyst

About the role

The Digital Transformation Analyst will sit at the heart of our transformation journey, connecting business needs with innovative technology, driving automation, embracing AI, and delivering solutions that create real impact across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with partners across business units to gather, document and prioritize technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear briefs for external development partners.
• Manage vendor delivery, track progress, flag risks and ensure adherence to agreed standards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet requirements before sign‑off.
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations and processes, including ownership of integration chains.
• Review identity, access and data‑sync practices, flagging gaps such as inconsistent off‑boarding or unclear data ownership.
• Maintain an inventory of software subscriptions and licensed tools, managing renewals, access rights and usage.
• Research, evaluate and deploy AI and automation tools (no‑code/low‑code platforms, API integrations) while ensuring data privacy and governance.
• Support the development of an internal AI usage policy and lead change‑management efforts to drive adoption.
• Contribute to the Transformation & Digitalisation roadmap and produce regular progress reports for the Group IT & Innovation Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field; professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management or IT are a plus.
• Experience in business analysis, IT coordination or a technology‑focused role, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and manage vendors.
• Outcome‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to the ethical and responsible use of technology.
