Director of Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the brand strategy for One&Only Le Saint Géran. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape global campaigns that showcase our ultra‑luxury resort and private‑home offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across offline, digital, social, and partnership channels.
• Craft compelling brand narratives that highlight the unique experiences of Le Saint Géran while aligning with the One&Only brand identity.
• Define and manage campaigns for business verticals such as private homes, food & beverage, and wellness.
• Collaborate with the Global Digital Team on website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising to drive direct bookings.
• Embed One&Only brand positioning across the organization through brand materials, tools, and templates.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to keep the resort ahead of market shifts.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level marketing experience in the luxury lifestyle or hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to lead marketing teams and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and the translation of brand values into impactful campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, results‑oriented mindset.
