About the role
Sunlife is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) for Food & Beverage to lead culinary and beverage operations at its 5‑star Sugar Beach resort in Mauritius. The role combines strategic planning, guest experience excellence, and commercial performance within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a creative F&B strategy aligned with brand goals and market opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and guest preferences to enhance menus and beverage programmes.
- Design and launch innovative dining and beverage concepts that elevate the guest experience.
- Achieve monthly forecast targets for all outlets and monitor sales KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
- Manage procurement, storage and utilisation of equipment and supplies.
- Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing culinary and beverage team.
- Uphold service standards through creativity, innovation and a guest‑centric mindset.
Required profile
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior F&B management role within a 5‑star or luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of luxury food and beverage trends.
- Proven leadership experience in a high‑end hospitality setting.
