Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping department at Constance Le Chaland, ensuring impeccable guest experiences through meticulous room preparation, public area upkeep, and seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with hotel departments to gather guest information and oversee the preparation of guest stays.
• Maintain and monitor a preventive maintenance programme for facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and environmental legislation.
• Manage staffing levels, conduct performance appraisals and implement training programmes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints promptly and drive continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Housekeeping Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort of at least 150 rooms.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and maintain high service standards under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using hotel property management systems.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software.
