File Reviewer

About the role

Accuro is seeking a File Reviewer to join its Compliance team as the business expands internationally. The role focuses on conducting thorough periodic reviews of client files, ensuring alignment with Mauritius Financial Services Commission regulations and internal risk policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed periodic compliance and risk reviews for low, medium, and high‑risk client relationships.
• Document and schedule all periodic reviews due within the calendar year.
• Set and meet personal monthly completion targets to achieve annual review goals.
• Escalate any statutory or regulatory breaches to the Compliance Officer and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Relationship team to address issues identified during reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Management Company or similar fiduciary environment.
• Working knowledge of compliance issues related to financial services, AML/CFT, and PF regulations.
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework issued by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission.
• Strong understanding of trust company administration.
