Finance Manager (Female)

About the role

The Finance Manager will ensure the General Ledger is accurately maintained and supported by proper documentation. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role oversees daily cash disbursements, prepares monthly financial statements, and contributes to budgeting and forecasting for the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements to the Head Office.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Approve daily payouts, deposit refunds, rebates, and cash disbursements.
• Support the Director of Finance in supervising the finance office and managing projects.
• Conduct monthly finance meetings with operational departments and quarterly one‑to‑one meetings with accounting staff.
• Drive internal controls and act as a financial advisor to hotel teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with all departments, including HR, for budget and payroll discussions.
• Participate in performance appraisals and special projects assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of complex computerized financial systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet business priorities.
• Capability to learn and perform essential functions accurately with minimal supervision.
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
