Financial Planning Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

As a Financial Planning Analyst within the Supply Chain function of Aspen Global Incorporated, you will support end‑to‑end cost management, risk mitigation and business partnering across our manufacturing and intercompany operations. You will work closely with supply‑chain finance, legal, tax and global affiliates to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly performance management and track financial measures related to risk and opportunity.
• Negotiate and assess profitability and risk of third‑party site proposals.
• Review legal contracts and update them based on site proposals.
• Contribute to transfer‑pricing calculations, COGS and freight cost for simple intercompany and CMO sites.
• Assist in preparing budget and forecast packs for affiliate regions and manufacturing organisations.
• Produce internal risk and opportunity management reports.
• Liaise with Group Tax, affiliates and supply‑chain stakeholders to resolve transfer‑price and COGS issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes, information flows and self‑service tools.
