About the role

Join the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius as a member of the Bar team, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxurious, tropical setting. You will work closely with colleagues to create memorable experiences while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all tasks assigned by supervisors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and promote a safe environment.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and actively participate in briefings and meetings.
• Provide warm, enthusiastic service to guests and internal customers, following the Golden Rule.
• Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform any other related duties as required.
