Founding Software Engineer – AI‑Powered Rental Platform

About the role

The Flex is building Base360.ai, an automation platform that powers modern renting across continents. As a Founding Software Engineer you will create core systems that directly impact thousands of guests and property owners, working on APIs, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs for bookings, pricing, payments, and guest experiences.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that replace manual tasks.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure for global reliability.
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents to improve decision‑making and customer interactions.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, startup environment.
• Comfort with designing APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.
