Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth Marketing Lead to shape and scale the way our bank communicates with customers. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will combine data, automation and experimentation to create seamless, personalised journeys that drive conversion, adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into data‑driven, personalised communication journeys and funnel strategies.
• Design, automate and scale end‑to‑end customer journeys across the lifecycle, from acquisition to loyalty.
• Build repeatable growth engines that deliver measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and digital adoption.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise through test‑and‑learn experiments.
• Leverage segmentation, event‑driven triggers and automation to deliver timely, proactive communications at scale.
• Ensure reliable data flows, proper consent management and accurate tracking across platforms.
• Identify efficiency opportunities by applying emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business, data, digital and technology stakeholders to deliver integrated customer experiences.
• Support the Growth Marketing Manager in leading a multidisciplinary growth team.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Marketing, Business Management, Technology, Data or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset able to make sense of complex, high‑volume information.
• Proven decision‑making ability and results‑orientation under pressure.
• Comfort navigating complex organisational dynamics and policies.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks inside and outside the organisation.
