Head Steward – Resort

About the role

As the Head Steward at Club Med Resorts, you will lead the stewarding team to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests. You will ensure that all operational standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient environment across the resort’s food‑and‑beverage and cleaning areas.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and enforce service standards to guarantee a consistent guest experience.
• Control costs, manage breakages, and reduce waste.
• Monitor supply chains, prevent disruptions, and maintain smooth inventory flow.
• Supervise the centralisation of detergents and small hotel supplies for F&B, dishwashing, and cleaning services.
• Implement and uphold health‑and‑safety procedures throughout the resort.
• Ensure internal and external procedures, contracts with service providers, and compliance requirements are clearly communicated and followed.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the stewarding team around shared objectives, attitudes, and behaviours.
