About the role
The Head Steward leads the stewarding team at a Club Med resort, ensuring that all guest areas are impeccably clean, well‑stocked and operated efficiently. You will be the key point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and respect Club Med standards to guarantee consistent guest experience.
- Control costs, manage breakages and minimise waste.
- Oversee supply chain for detergents, small hotel supplies, and F&B dishwashing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventories and prevent supply disruptions.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures across all stewarding activities.
- Coordinate contracts with service providers and ensure compliance.
- Lead, motivate and develop the stewarding team around shared objectives and behaviours.

- Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
- Efficient with strong prioritisation and time‑management skills.
- Attentive to detail, delivering personalised service.
- Proactive in cost control and inventory management.
