About the role

Dragon Electronics is looking for a skilled and reliable Home Appliances Technician to join its Service Centre team. The position is full time and covers both the service centre and customer sites.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and repair appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens and air conditioners
Carry out routine maintenance and installations at customer sites
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
Provide basic guidance to customers on the proper use and care of appliances
Maintain accurate service records and ensure high service standards

Required profile

Experience in appliance repair or a similar technical role
Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service skills
A valid driving licence is an advantage
