Production & Store Supervisor

About the role

PIM Recycling is looking for an organized, hands-on leader to oversee its grinding operations and store at its site in Riche Terre. The supervisor ensures safety, quality and operational efficiency across production and warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Lead and motivate the production and store teams to reach operational targets.
• Monitor inventory, storage and material movements accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and support continuous process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and work with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or recycling environment.
• Valid forklift/reach truck licence is an advantage.
• Safety-conscious, proactive and able to work under pressure and manage teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management, production planning and occupational health and safety.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
