Hotel Receptionist – Front Office

About the role
Join the front‑office team at Constance Sakoa Boutik, a boutique hotel on Mauritius’ northern coast. As the first point of contact, you will create welcoming first impressions and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and allocate rooms.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to guest emails and process payments while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other departments to fulfil guest needs.
Required profile
- Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent; hospitality or front‑office diploma is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or front‑office environment is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of English and French.
- Basic computer knowledge.
