About the role

Join Club Med Seychelles as a Housekeeping Team Leader, overseeing the cleanliness and guest experience across a resort with 250‑400 rooms. You will lead a multicultural team, ensure high standards of hygiene, and support the overall smooth operation of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Participate in cleaning duties when needed to maintain service standards.
• Manage inventory levels, identify supply needs, and ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support, train, and develop team members, fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Discreet, organized, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a multicultural team.
• Comfortable using digital tools for housekeeping management.
• 1‑3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 1Check digital platform.
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
