Human Resources Executive

About the role

Spoon Consulting Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to business growth. The role combines recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement and talent initiatives in a dynamic, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and university networks to conducting interviews and preparing offers.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, track KPIs and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates and other HR documentation; coordinate onboarding and induction programmes.
• Monitor probation periods, support leave administration and respond to employee queries while ensuring confidentiality.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and people analytics for management decision‑making.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing programmes, performance management and learning & development activities.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, university partnerships and recruitment campaigns.
