About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support WWS Recruitment’s growing team in Grand Baie by managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll assistance and overall HR administration. The role ensures all HR activities comply with Mauritian labour legislation and internal policies, while fostering a positive workplace for both local and international staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes for all positions.
- Provide support for payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate training initiatives and staff development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Promote employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Odoo HR software.
