Implementation Consultant – Powerpay (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual Implementation Consultant to lead the rollout of its Powerpay payroll solution. Working night‑shift hours, you will partner with new clients to understand their payroll needs, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff to successful go‑live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.
• Gather, analyze, and translate payroll requirements into system configurations.
• Configure, validate, and test payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Provide clear, proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps.
• Train customers on Powerpay functionality and support their first live payroll run.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while meeting implementation milestones.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with clear communication skills.
