Implementation & Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation & Integration Specialist to join our Integration team. You will lead worldwide integration projects for goFLUENT’s language training and assessment solutions, working closely with large global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams in designing integration solutions for clients.
• Advise and assist clients on integrating goFLUENT with their LMS or ATS, including Single Sign‑On (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API).
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Provide technical support for integration‑related issues to client teams.
• Train internal teams and disseminate integration knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, detail‑orientation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English.
• Experience with LMS/LXP administration or integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and other SSO technologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of APIs, technical documentation, or coding is a plus.
• Additional European language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
