Implementation Specialist

About the role

iQera is looking for an Implementation Specialist in Port Louis to drive and support the implementation of its internal solutions for operations and clients. The role configures and maintains the operational and accounting settings of the internal application so that collections, accounting and other modules match business needs and the contractual services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement in line with the rules: respect deadlines and configuration specifications, and understand the essential configuration requirements (excluding enhancements).
• Help plan implementations for new clients (donneurs d'ordre), including tree structures, scenarios and media library maintenance.
• Advise on what can and cannot be configured and raise alerts where needed.
• Update existing service configurations such as mandates, scenarios, rights and organisations, and create or modify client data.
• Create and modify media such as letters, SMS and emails, and take part in pre-production testing and white-label adaptation.
• Keep knowledge up to date with platform developments, contribute to process and tool improvements, and take part in business process discussions, specification drafting and project follow-up.
• Support APOs in optimising new processes, write structured procedures and ensure the reliability and quality of project deployments.
• Support the Implementation Project Manager with configuration sheets, enhancement or issue reports and tickets.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in software engineering or application development, or an equivalent IT-related qualification.
• Fluent in French.
• Good customer approach, interpersonal communication and organisational skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the debt collection environment.
• Familiarity with internal business tools (Créance Web, V3, Mars, Pardi/Pega); training is provided.
