International Business and Trade Programme Manager

About the role

The International Business and Trade (IBT) Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end student experience of the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme, overseeing design, delivery and assessment while ensuring quality assurance and programme enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the IBT programme, managing the student and faculty journey in line with the institution’s teaching strategy.
• Oversee curriculum development, evidence‑based pedagogical practices and content curation with global experts.
• Manage faculty performance, development and mentorship.
• Conduct annual programme reviews, implement improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Monitor student progress via the LMS, coordinate support interventions and collaborate with support teams for a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, experiential education or similar higher‑education roles.
• Proven track record in curriculum design, development and quality assurance.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and team‑leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Canvas.
• Experience using educational technologies for curriculum delivery and assessment.
