Investment Customer Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Investment Customer Administrator to join the Administration team of International Assurance. In this position you will ensure accurate administration of client accounts, policies and investment transactions using our CRM and back‑office systems, supporting advisors and high‑net‑worth clients across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain new client accounts on the Company’s CRM and administration systems.
• Scan, upload and electronically file client documents in line with internal standards.
• Capture and update data for new and existing clients to ensure accurate, complete records and produce policy schedules for new investment transactions.
• Perform KYC reviews for new and existing clients, ensuring required documentation is obtained, checked and kept up to date.
• Match deposits to investor/policyholder accounts, investigate unmatched items, and process distributions, switches, income payments, withdrawals and surrender instructions.
• Update fund and instrument pricing, process trade instructions, redemptions, settlements and bank transfers.
• Handle debit orders, forex transactions, and fee/commission payments, ensuring correct rates and supporting documentation.
• Create new instruments, funds and products on the administration system when required.
• Resolve and respond to client and advisor queries by email and telephone, providing accurate information on policy portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets and currencies.
• Participate in projects, training and governance activities related to administration processes.

• Effective communication skills for client and advisor interaction.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and administration systems.
• Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.
• Understanding of cash dealing, fund pricing and forex transaction processing.
