Junior Commercial Executive (Sales & Business Development)

About the role

ABZ Group is seeking an ambitious and energetic Junior Commercial Executive to support its fast‑growing commercial activities in Mauritius. You will work within a dynamic team, learning the fundamentals of sales, business development and client relationship management while contributing to the company’s strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Approach and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Build, maintain and strengthen professional relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Support negotiations, contracts and commercial package preparation.
• Contribute towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a professional network and represent the company positively.
• Assist with additional sales or commercial tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• Academic background in Communication, Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet and work independently.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
