Junior Legal Officer

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Legal Officer to join our global team at Mercator® by Citco. You will support senior lawyers in delivering corporate legal services to multinational clients across more than 170 jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers with corporate legal matters for clients operating in foreign jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review legal documents throughout the company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and deadlines.
- Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
- Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to gather necessary information and documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Law.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
