Key Account Manager – Hotel Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth and increase market share for Attitude Hotels by leading proactive sales activities, strategic account management, and business development. You will work closely with the central sales team and hotel operations to create meaningful partnerships and deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s sales plan aligned with the Group commercial strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, MICE, incentive, wedding, and group segments.
• Prospect, negotiate, and secure new accounts to boost revenue and market penetration.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and operational departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and industry events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to act as an ambassador of the company’s core values and adapt them to the local culture.
• Strong orientation toward people, local integration, and environmental sustainability.
• Experience in maintaining legal compliance and driving cost‑efficient operations.
• Proven track record in hospitality sales or related account management roles.
