About the role
Join Club Med as a Lifeguard and ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests in and around the pool. You will teach water activities, manage pool usage, and uphold health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of adults and children in and around the pool.
- Manage the distribution of pools according to activities.
- Provide water activity lessons for customers.
- Offer à la carte services and private lessons.
- Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain the facility.
Required profile
- Pedagogical with excellent teaching skills to convey technical and safety rules.
- Responsible, ensuring smooth organization of all water sports.
- Passionate about helping customers discover, grow, and challenge themselves.
