Manager, Sales - Transaction Banking

About the role

The Manager, Sales – Transaction Banking leads client engagements and drives revenue growth across a portfolio of corporate clients. You will design and deliver multi‑solution banking proposals, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop one‑year business plans for an allocated portfolio.
• Analyse client data to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across cash, trade and investor services.
• Prepare and deliver pitches using standard solution‑set formats.
• Act as the primary contact for client concerns, negotiations and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with product, coverage and CIB teams to resolve issues and capture commercial terms.
• Manage implementation documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor client revenues against sales forecasts and address variances.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Finance, Business or Commerce.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of transaction‑banking flow solutions and macro‑economic landscape.
• Proven ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
