Manager VAT – Corporate Accounting (Lux GAAP)

About the role

The Manager VAT will lead a portfolio of international clients, ensuring high‑quality VAT compliance and advisory services. You will supervise a team, handle tax authority queries and contribute to automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of VAT return preparation, review and filing for assigned clients.
• Handle queries from tax authorities and manage VAT controversies.
• Lead client meetings, trainings and build long‑term relationships.
• Support VAT compliance automation processes.
• Develop, motivate and coach staff members.

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Accounting, Finance or Law.
• ACCA Affiliate/ACA qualified or ACCA L3 in progress.
• 5‑7 years of indirect tax compliance experience, with Luxembourg tax or LUX GAAP exposure.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS‑Office.
