Marketing and Content Creator Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Content Creator Coordinator to support our beauty and lifestyle brands. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who loves social media, content creation, and retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, including photos, videos, reels and short‑form clips.
• Write captions, newsletters and promotional copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the marketing calendar and monitor community engagement.
• Research trends, viral content and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Assist with influencer gifting, collaborations and in‑store activations, events and product launches.
• Coordinate marketing materials, point‑of‑sale assets and product samples for stores.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and support monthly reporting.
• Provide administrative support for Shopify and other e‑commerce activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field (or currently studying).
• Passion for social media, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable filming and appearing in content when needed.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, fast‑paced attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence is a plus but not required.
