Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content

About the role

LOV Mauritius is seeking a Marketing Intern to support its social media, content creation and copywriting efforts. This position offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating and managing the social media content calendar.
• Support community management by responding to comments, messages and inbox enquiries.
• Help with website copywriting and regular content updates.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the marketing team on operational tasks and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation and current social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
• Basic video editing skills, preferably using CapCut.
