About the role
We are looking for a skilled M&E Draughtsman to join Aqua Controllers Ltd, a company delivering aquatic and water infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects. The role involves creating detailed mechanical and electrical shop drawings and ensuring coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) shop drawings and coordination drawings.
- Develop plumbing and electrical layouts in line with project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and other disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards and meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is an advantage.
- Experience preparing M&E shop drawings.
- Good understanding of services and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
