Medical Consumables Sales Executive

About the role

FTM Mauritius Ltd is seeking a motivated Medical Consumables Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Port Louis. You will be responsible for driving sales of medical devices and consumables, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for medical consumables across pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and laboratories.
• Identify and approach new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Demonstrate medical devices and products to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and stay informed about advancements in medical equipment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical sales and solid knowledge of sales processes.
• Experience in product demonstration and a good understanding of medicine‑related products.
• Strong account‑management abilities with a focus on client relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, results‑oriented and able to meet sales targets consistently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
