Mystery Shopper for Hotels

About the role
Guest Delight International (GDI) is looking for detail‑oriented individuals to act as mystery shoppers in hotels. You will visit selected properties, evaluate the guest experience, and provide objective, fact‑based reports that help our hospitality clients improve their service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned hotels and assess all public and back‑of‑house areas.
- Follow detailed audit checklists and complete the evaluation within the required timeframe.
- Write comprehensive online reports highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Submit reports through GDI’s online platform.
Required profile
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable internet access at home or work.
- Previous experience or background in the hotel industry.
